Mixed OXide (MOX) Powders
Using a unique process based on sol gel chemistry JOMA has developed a range of MOX (Mixed OXides) powders: highly photo-catalytic, highly porous, glass powders containing embedded, high surface area, Anatase Titania particles. MOX powders can be delivered in a range of particles sizes from 2 µm to 1 mm. These powders can be easily formulated in ceramic mixes, paints, cement and concrete materials, grout fillers and many others. Embedded particles retain high photo-catalytic activity and have good light transmittance. Use of MOX products avoids handling of nano-scale materials.
